Revisiting the Agile Values and Principles

While the items on the right are important, the items on the left are more important

Many of us are well acquainted with this statement of values from the Agile Manifesto. However, many of us are less familiar with the twelve Agile Principles that go along with these values. These principles help keep us grounded and remind us of why we chose to adopt Agile processes, practices, and mindset in the first place! They are the foundation we can return to when what we are doing needs a little tweaking or when we feel the need to refine our processes and practices to better fit our environment.
